Absolutely! Though I’m a Brighton-based interior designer, I’ve worked on projects everywhere from Canada to the USA to Europe (and all over the UK). While I won’t be knocking on your door, I’ve mastered the art of remote design. You’ll just need to wield a measuring tape, but don’t worry—I’ll guide you every step of the way. From my own experience, I know that furniture goes far beyond the practical and is imbued with memories. I love nothing more than to incorporate existing items, finding out of the box ways of breathing new life into them and incorporating them into your interior scheme in a way that maximises space and functionality, while adding those layers of meaning and history.

I don’t believe that a complete gut renovation is always necessary to achieve a desired outcome. Instead, I employ a multitude of techniques to salvage existing architectural features (think painting tiles, refinishing floors, etc.) if this is something that is aligned with your vision. The same goes for your existing furniture (see question about furniture that you already own). And for that extra ounce of unique character, I love collaborating with local artisans to make things that are not only bespoke to you, but also strengthen the local economy and keep carbon emissions at bay.
